Final Australian Culinary Codes of Pactices Released 20 - 3 - 08
After five months of deliberations and an industry on line vote, the final Australian Culinary Codes of Practices have been released. The codes now move to the participating chefs associations for members to discuss with the view to incorporating them as a condition of association membership.
My Thanks to the working committee – Deb Foreman – John Miller – Bernd Uber – Manfred Hennig – Pierrick Boyer
The final accepted codes will have each chefs association logo appended as exampled with the "salonculinaire.com logo".
