We seek applications from appropriate chefs from across the globe with the experience to judge future categories

 

Judges should have successfully competed in the international salon culinaire arena and should be experienced as local salon culinaire judges.- E-mail a full resume detailing professional competition history and medal successes that identify your area area of expertise and experience.

 

Attach a statement of support from your local professional cookery association.
You application will be tabled with the advisory group for consideration.
In circumstances where we believe the expertise of a specialist is required we reserve the right to invite an appropriate chef  onto the panel.
