should have successfully competed in the international salon culinaire
arena and should be experienced as local salon culinaire judges.-

medal successes that identify your area area of expertise and

You application will be tabled with the advisory group for
consideration.
In circumstances where we believe the expertise of a specialist is
required we reserve the right to invite an appropriate chef onto
the panel. |
